Your deposit reserves your spot in the founding class before we open. Founding Members lock in a discounted rate on their chosen tier using a "Pay 9, Get 12" structure — meaning you pay for 9 months but your membership is active for 12. That's 3 free months built in, on top of whatever tier rate you lock. Individual founding members also get their rate anchored ahead of any future price increases. Once the founding class is full, it's closed — there's no equivalent offer at opening.

es. The deposit agreement includes a full refund provision if the venue does not open. Your money is not at risk. Once the venue opens and your founding membership activates, standard membership terms apply going forward.

Your membership activates on opening day. At that point, your founding balance is due in full — you pay for 9 months upfront, and your membership runs for 12. The 3 complimentary months are already subtracted from what you owe, so you're never invoiced for them. The deposit you paid at signing is credited toward your opening-day balance.

After your 12-month founding period, you choose how you want to be billed going forward: annually, quarterly, or monthly. Annual billing is the base rate. Quarterly and monthly billing are available with a small processing fee applied to each cycle. Your founding rate stays locked regardless of which billing cadence you choose — you're just deciding how often you want to pay it.

It depends on your tier. Ace and Executive Corporate founding members carry a lifetime rate lock — as long as your membership stays active and in good standing, your rate never moves. For all other founding tiers, your rate is locked for the duration of your founding year, giving you price certainty through your first 12 months. After that, rates are subject to standard adjustments. Either way, if you cancel and rejoin later, you come back at whatever the current rate is at that time — so there's a real cost to letting it lapse.

Three reasons. First, the Pay 9 Get 12 structure only exists for Founding Members — it goes away at opening. Second, tier caps are real: Ace is capped at 50 members total, and corporate Executive spots are limited to 3 accounts. When those fill, they're gone. Third, Founding Members are the first priority for everything — prime bay times, events, and any pre-opening programming. Waiting means paying more for less access at a venue that's already proven the concept.
