By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or signing up for our email list, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To purchase and hold a membership with Company, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Provide accurate, complete, and current account information

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law

Age Requirement: Membership is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. By completing your purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any membership and issue a refund if this requirement is not met.

Memberships are available on the following billing cycles:

• Monthly: Billed every 30 days from the date of purchase and automatically renewed each month.

• Annual: Billed once per year from the date of purchase and automatically renewed each year.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Company to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable membership fee.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate. If a payment fails, we may suspend your membership access until the outstanding balance is resolved. We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@bunkersocial.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to membership benefits through the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy before opening: We offer refunds before venue’s opening date. In the case of venue not opening, you will get an automatic refund. To request a refund, contact us at info@bunkersocial.com with your name, email, and reason for the request.

*Refund Policy after opening: Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the billing date will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.

***After Opening***

The ability to pause or freeze a membership may be offered at Company's sole discretion. If a freeze option becomes available, it will be subject to specific terms, including any applicable freeze fees, maximum freeze durations, and advance notice requirements.

To inquire about pausing your membership, please contact us directly at info@bunkersocial.com. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

All members are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner while on Bunker Social premises. By holding a membership, you agree to:

• Treat all staff, members, and guests with respect

• Follow all posted facility rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions

• Refrain from harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior of any kind

• Not use the facility under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances

• Take reasonable care of all equipment and property

• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to staff immediately

• Not engage in any illegal activity on the premises

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your membership without refund.

Physical sports and athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, muscle injuries, and in rare cases, more serious harm. By purchasing a membership and accessing Company's facilities, you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in physical activity on our premises.

***Each member will be asked to sign a formal waiver that includes more details before using the facility for the first time.***

Bunker Social reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or the Member Code of Conduct

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

• Providing false information during registration

• Failure to meet the age eligibility requirement

• Non-payment of membership fees

In cases of serious misconduct or violations that threaten the safety of others, termination may be immediate and without refund. For other violations, we may issue a warning prior to termination.

All content on our website — including text, logos, graphics, images, and branding — is the property of Bunker Social and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

Your membership does not grant you any ownership interest in Company's intellectual property.

Our services and facilities are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bunker Social makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, safety, or suitability of any activity or facility for your individual needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunker Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Kent County / Grand Rapids, MI.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
